El Chourbagui Textiles is one of the leading textile traders and manufacturers in Egypt, with more than 75 years of experience in the industry. Operating as a fabric trader and designer of its in-house collection for local & international clothing manufacturers and as a dyeing, printing, and finishing factory as well. El Chourbagui Textiles prides itself in specializing in the production of fine quality woven and knitted fabrics with continuous focus on development, innovation, and design to sustainably provide the best quality textile services and products for its customers.

OUR HISTORY

It all started in 1942 when Abdelhady El Chourbagui founded El Chourbagui Textiles as a local spinning trader in a small office space in Al Azhar. But many years later his son Mohamed El Chourbagui found his passion elsewhere and pivoted into the apparel fabric trading industry in 1964. And after years of experience, persistence, and proving ourselves as a forward-thinking business which gained the trust of the local market, we were able to expand into our new headquarters in Heliopolis in 1998. Dyeing

We offer dyeing services for both knitted and woven fabrics through the use of Reactive, Disperse, and Nylon Dyes to provide high quality finished products while ensuring the highest levels of color fastness and color matching to suit your needs. Our In-house chemistry lab conduct tests throughout the production phases to promise high standards of expected order quality throughout the entire process.

Printing

Our Factory’s main specialization is its printing quality and services and is what we are most known for in throughout the Market. We offer high quality precision textile printing services through the use of 8 Color rotary Zimmer machinery using reactive, disperse and pigment dyes. We also offer discharge printing.

Finishing

We offer a wide range of textile finishing processes of both mechanical and chemical finishes for knitted and woven fabric. Our specialized finishes for cotton fabrics include: brushing, shearing, and more. In addition, upon special request we offer special performance chemical finishes such as: Antibacterial, Water Repellent, and more. Our team of experienced engineers and specialists will work with you to create any finishing style possible. We have the technical experience and machinery to create various finishing styles to suit your needs.
